Jessica and Shawn’s wedding at The Mill at Spring Lake Heights marked the midpoint of our Fall wedding season, just in time for their beautiful outdoor ceremony. As I was planning the logistics for the wedding day, I noticed we were in close proximity to the beach. Imagine that :).
Their day started in the company of their closest family and friends. When we’d first met a few months, I was amazed at how easy they made wedding planning seem. In just a few short months, they had accomplished what most folks take 12-18 months to do! But apparently, they had figured out something that most folks don’t figure out till long after the wedding’s said and done: cut out all the extra stuff, keep it simple and make it a celebration of love with your closest friends and family. Because in the end, being surrounded by all your loved ones on such a special day is really what it’s all about.
I told you there was a beach :).

By the time you guys read this, we will be shooting our last wedding of the year. A mid-week wedding? What in tarnations? For the uninitiated, it is going to be the last time (for 80+ years anyway) that folks can get married on dates where all the numbers match :). 12/12/12 for the win!
