The Metropolitan Building in Long Island City is one of my favorite NYC wedding venues, for good reason: amidst the generous assortments of windows, chairs and mirrors throughout its space, there’s an under-appreciated potpourri of light, textures and stories that are just waiting to be captured and shared. How lucky am I to be the one to document all of this awesomeness? Hannah & Donovan shared this same appreciation with yours truly, when they celebrated their wedding here earlier this past Fall. Their ceremony took place nearby at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Long Island City, just a stone throw away form the Metropolitan Building. And of course, there was certainly no shortage of bike-themed decor for these two cycling super-enthusiasts!
